Tudor Lawns Gundogs is a small Gundog Kennels dedicated to the training and breeding of quality Working Cocker Spaniels. We also run a boarding kennels and cattery. We have a separate Gundog block for our Working Cocker Spaniels and a training area with all facilities, which began as a hobby and has become an extension to our main boarding kennels.

There is also a picture Gallery containing many photos of our dogs, puppies and links to our main boarding Kennels and Cattery with many other gundog and kennel related sites.

Tudor Lawns Gundogs is based in Wickford Essex. We work, train and breed Working Cocker Spaniels occasionally enter working tests, Field trials and regularly beat with our dogs. Our dogs go through our method of step by step training covering all aspects of hunting and retrieving, we progress at the dogs own pace. We do this by making training fun, enjoyable for both dog and handler, keeping the dogs happy and raring to go, not allowing the dog to make any unnecessary mistakes and carefully reading and assessing the dog throughout each training session resulting in dogs natural potential under command, providing a fast well balanced, hard hunting dog.

Our dogs and Puppies are all KC registered have all the vet checks and vaccinated and only breeding from quality dogs with kind gentle temperament, true to their breed, ensuring our puppies are suitable for work and family homes.

Our boarding Kennels Tudor Lodge is a family run business offering the highest standards of care for dogs and cats at affordable rates. We recognise that leaving your pet whilst on holiday, business or during a hospitalisation can be difficult and we offer the peace of mind that they are well cared for by experienced, friendly staff.

Our purpose built kennels and cat pens are individually heated with their own individual run. A secure paddock is available for free exercise and all guests are given personal attention. We provide 24 hour on-site cover, are fully insured and welcome any inspection.

Long and short term guests can be accommodated and we are able to offer bespoke service to all our customers. Tudor Lodge is licensed by the Local Authority. All guests must be vaccinated prior to their stay and we will retain your vaccination record during your stay.
